About Membership

Membership is open to anyone in the Mountain View area who supports MVPA's mission and charter, and would like to be notified of upcoming meetings, action alerts, and important issues. Attending our monthly meetings is not required, but those members interested in becoming active are encouraged to come.


How to Become a Member
· Anyone wishing to further MVPA's mission and charter can become a member by submitting the following information via e-mail

-Name

-E-mail address 

-Street Address (optional)

-Any particular interests or reasons for joining (optional)


· Anyone without an e-mail address who wishes to become a member can mail a written request, including an address and telephone number, to MVPA c/o A. Hicks, 602 Church St., Mountain View, Ca 94041
· Membership is free and only requires that you express interest in our organization. Requirements may be reviewed and changed in the future, but not without prior notification and input from all members.


Benefits of Membership
· Members will be e-mailed (1) preservation news notes (2) updates on MVPA's projects and progress (3) invitations to meetings and events, and (4) action alerts
· Members can choose to receive either full e-mail or a reduced volume of e-mail
· Members without e-mail addresses will receive a flyer regarding meeting times and telephone action alerts
· MVPA is an all-volunteer organization. Communications from MVPA will be informal in nature.
