In
the late 1980s an orchard located on this site was cleared. But
instead of a subdivision sprouting up on the remains of the orchard,
a farm did. Farm Fresh Produce provides Mountain View with a living
glimpse of its agricultural past. During Halloween an elaborate
pumpkin patch is located here, and after Halloween a large Christmas
Tree Farm. The future of this farm is uncertain, but for now it is a
treasured landmark.
